"My wife and I purchased a KZ Inferno this spring from Customers First RV after hearing great things about their sales and service team from friends in out camping group and we couldn't be happier with our decision. They have truly lived up to their name and then some. As with any RV, there will be a bug or two from time to time, and ours is no different. What is different is what happens when getting needed and timely service. This week I had the opportunity to see caring and professional service firsthand in action when the "beverage dispenser" in our Inferno had a bad control board at a bad time. Having ordered a keg for the weekend for our group to enjoy at the lake and a beverage dispenser that wouldn't cool, Mike contacted the RV manufacturer and told them of the situation and working together with them the part was located and shipped in time to save the day! Even though this wouldn't have prevented us from enjoying a camping trip with our group, it is a great example of how Mike and Judy treat their customers and help in any way they can. I recommend Customers First RV to anyone whether for sales of service, they are the best I have dealt with.

"Al and I went to pretty much every RV dealership within a 4 hour drive of Louisville and just happened to stumble across Customers First RV. It was the best thing that could have happened!! They had by far the best selection of toy haulers we had seen. Unlike some places we had been to, there was no pressure for us to make a purchase so we looked around and fell in love with a KZ MXT. Judy and her team made the process of purchasing our dream RV extremely enjoyable. It is so hard to find a company that treats you like family and has superb customer service but we found that and much, much more. "October 26, 2007
In November 1998, we bought our first Sunnybrook Fifth Wheel from Customers First RV. Looking forward to retirement, and on a whim, we had started looking into camping as a way to travel, and spend our leisure time. We had never camped. We looked at everything from pop-ups to motor homes, but when I saw that 27 ft. Fifth WHeel with one slideout, I was convinced it was for us.
Mike and Judy helped us, even found a tow cehicle with the Fifth WHeel in it, and taught us everything we needed to now. We NEVER felt pressured. Then they told us about the camping club. They had recently sponsored the establishment of a Sunny Travelers RV Club Chapter called Sunny Memories. This is a group of Sunnybrook owners who camp together once a month. It took us a while, but once we met this group, and camped with them one time, we were hooked. Over the years this group has become like a second family, and we have enjoyed the RV experience more and more.
A few years later, we looked at a 31 ft. Fifth Wheel that Customers First had on th elot. Once again, Mike and Judy were very patient with us as I tried to make a decision about this new unit. One day (it was in January), I wanted to just spend soem time in the unit, so they turned on the heat, rolled out the slide, and I just sat in it for a long time. Mike came out and talked to me for a while, not a sales pitch, but as a friend discussing the pros and cons. We made the trade, and enjoyed that unit for several years.
Now, we have moved up again, and bought our third Fifth WHeel from Customers First. This one has 3 slideouts, and I am thrilled to have the kitchen of my dreams. It truly is a vacation home for us, and we feel very blessed. One of the biggest blessings is the opportunity to know Mike, Judy and Loretta at Customers First. We have called them with questions several times while we were traveling, and always go the help we needed.
After buying 3 RVs in 9 years, we are convinced CUSTOMERS FIRST RV is the place to shop, and we frequently recommend them to anyone who will listen!
